At it’s eastern edge the North York Moors National Park it meets the North Sea with a stunning coastline huge cliffs rock shores sandy beaches and sheltered bays . The North Yorkshire and Cleveland Heritage Coast runs from just North of the park for around 36 miles. A great way to enjoy the coastline of the North North York Moors park is to follow the cliff path which forms part of the Cleveland Way National Trail
It is National Parks week from the 23rd – 31st July with a full week of events including tow festival and starts with the Artisan Art Fair . Live music will be at Danby Live on the Saturday night followed by Parkfest on July the 23rd. This is the parks family day and is the biggest event in North York Moor’s year with Moorsfest on the 30th July bring the week of events to a close.
